You can stay in the UK with a Tier Investor Visa for up to three years and four months. You can also lengthen the visa for an additional two years.

The representative of a Foreign Business visa: You can appeal for a Representative of a Foreign Business visa if you are from outside of the EEA and Switzerland. It would help if you came across one of the following:

There is no visa charge, and the initial legalized period of stay is for one year.  The candidate can then extend the permit for an additional three years.
