Needed documents when receiving the Work Holiday Pass issued:

  • A copy of your passport
  • The particulars of your Short-Term Visit Pass
  • A valid address in Singapore
  • An address where MOM send your card
  • Disembarkation or Embarkation card
  • Contact info of at least one contact person who MOM can send your Pass Card delivery particulars
  • Your IPA letter with a finalized declaration form

Registering Your Photo and Fingerprints: If your notice letter confirms that you require to register your photo and fingerprints, you should do it within two weeks at EPSC. Bring the following documents:

  • Your valid passport
  • Appointment letter
  • Notification letter from MOM
